- Discovery:
BGB consultants sit down with all concerned parties to determine the needs/wants for your company's web presence. This starts an open line of communication for the entire consultative process, and timelines for decision making and implementation are discussed. Follow up is set.
- Artist and Programmer Analysis:
BGB consultants take your company's needs, as determined in the discovery session, to the artists and programmers. They do an analysis of the time and resources necessary to complete your project. At this point, a pricing proposal is developed.
- Discussion of Findings:
All concerned parties meet to discuss the analysis of your company's needs, and the relevant costs. At this point, we ask for feedback on how we stand compared with the competition. We discuss how we will proceed, and follow up is set.
- Agreement of Terms:
Your company and BGB Consulting agree upon pricing for the work to be completed. Together, we set timelines and milestones for your project.
- Project Launch:
Your company has been involved throughout the project, and at the milestones set during Agreement of Terms, you have provided feedback to your consultants, ensuring that BGB is meeting your expectations. At this point, it is time to launch your website. Additionally, a maintenance contact is assigned to your account in order to solidify a primary point of contact for any questions or concerns you may have from this point forward.
- Re-evaluation:
Two weeks after your website launch, we do a thorough evaluation of your website with you, ensuring everything meets the expectations laid out in the agreement. If any adjustments are needed, the details are clarified and modifications are made.
- Project Completion:
Project is determined to have met expectations. If your company is one of many that need web-site maintenance, you will continue communicating with your maintenance contact on a regular basis.
